Base Location: Reading - this is a hybrid role working a minimum of two days a week from the office at the advertised location.

Salary: £26,609 - £30,472 dependent on skills and experience + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

What is the Role?

As the Administration Assistant you will closely support the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of Energy Customer Solutions. Working within the Personal Assistant team you will provide functions and support to ensure effective and efficient running of the ECS business operations made up of Airtricity in ROI and NI and SSE Energy Solutions in GB. This is an exciting role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assist with the preparation of Board Papers, Powerpoint presentations, weekly reporting, and collating information from stakeholders.

- Complete diary and email management, including travel booking.

- Assist with the organisation and booking for internal and external meetings.

- Preparation of internal and external communications on behalf of the Leadership team, where required liaising with internal and external communication teams.

- Administrative support and assistance with additional duties such as, managing holiday, absence, recruitment, training and compliance records.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Previous experience in a similar role.

- Strong IT skills and knowledge of Office 365 suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Teams.

- Great organisation skills including the ability to prioritise and manage complex schedules.

- Interpersonal and listening skills to understand the needs of others.

- Excellent organisation, presentation and writing skills with experience of producing reports, meeting packs etc.
