Summary
Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC and BMS Bias
Preston - Full Time Mitie are currently recruiting for a skilled engineer specialising in BMS and HVAC systems working within Preston region. You will be maintaining the BMS and HVAC systems through reactive and planned preventative maintenance. including diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults. The position spans across both Warton and Samlesbury sites, interacting with other Mitie disciplines and customers. Strong customer skills are essential.
You will be responding promptly to customer inquiries, promoting a collaborative FM team culture, driving energy cost reductions, and providing technical support for both the BMS and Energy Management System (EMS). Flexibility in working hours is necessary due to site operations, and occasional emergency site attendance may be required.
Qualifications required for this position to be successful are:
-Level 3 NVQ or C&G Diplomas in Heating and Ventilation
-Knowledge with BMS Systems - Siemens, Schneider & Honeywell
This role requires successful completion of a criminal records check at the basic disclosure level, along with five years of uninterrupted references. You will also hold a full UK Driving License.
