Asher is a pleasant, easy going 23-year-old young man who enjoys going to the cinema, action movies and Marvel being among his favourites. He also loves going to see a bit of music whether it’s at the Arena or a similar venue and is also partial to going bowling. Asher is also a big fan of Newcastle United and likes to go to the match when the opportunity arises. He’s happy to go to just go for a coffee or food in the city centre and enjoys travelling on public transport and is happy to go further afield like the coast for a walk or somewhere nice and green.

Asher has a visual impairment and is non-verbal but can normally get his message across using signs and gestures. He has a high level of understanding and is quite co-operative and doesn’t have any behaviour issues. We are looking for someone who can build a good relationship with our son and who will take a genuine interest in his interests and the activities he chooses to experience in the time you spend with him. We would like someone but not essentially, who has an awareness of the challenges faced by visually impaired individuals and to be responsible for his safety and wellbeing at all times.

A car driver with their own transport is required, mileage will be reimbursed.
