Location: Uxbridge
Hourly Rate: £45 per hour (assignment rate)
Type/Length of Contract: Locum, 6-Months
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday (09:00 am – 17:00 pm)

Duties:
Assessment and Diagnosis
Conduct health assessments
Identify health issues
Treatment Planning
Create treatment plans
Prescribe medications
Seek advice for complex cases
Requirements of the Non-Medical Prescriber:
• Recent experience within Substance Misuse, Substance Abuse, Addiction, Drug and Alcohol, Needle Exchange, or Recovery
• NMC Registration
• Degree or equivalent in Nursing
• Hold an in-date DBS on the update service
