On successful completion of the End Point Assessment you will be in a position to apply for a qualified B5 OT position.

Your role as an apprentice is to develop the required skills and knowledge to learn to provide effective Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention with individuals who are experiencing difficulties with occupational performance. You will learn to assess needs, agree goals, implement intervention plans and evaluate progress in partnership with the individual and their relevant family members/carers.

You will be required to continuously develop your skills and knowledge as you progress through the degree programme, so that when competent you can manage and be responsible for a clinical caseload with supervision from a qualified OT.
