Cyflog: £12.60 to £17.02 per hour
Gwybodaeth ychwanegol am y cyflog: The advertised hourly rate includes a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of the post. JWC supplements are conditional on the physical demands and /or working conditions of the role. A market supplement is currently being applied to all night and weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shifts, uplifting your hourly rate in these periods to between approx. £16.75 - £17.02. This will replace any previous market supplements and will apply to both your contracted hours and to any additional hours worked within the applicable time periods.

Available Hours:

We have a range of shifts available from 0hrs to 36hrs. Support at Home is a 365 day a year, 7 day a week, 24-hour service. This will include weekend and Bank Holiday rotas. Typically, our shifts run between the hours of 7am – 10pm.

We have opportunities for caring and compassionate people to join our Care Services Westmorland and Furness team in Eden, as Reablement Support Workers.

Our Reablement Team, work with people who have been identified as having reablement needs to enable them to achieve identified outcomes; supporting them to retain as much independence as possible and remain living within their local community in their own home environment.

About the role

As a Reablement Support Worker your role is to enable individuals to remain in their own homes, supporting their recovery after a stay in hospital.

You will get the opportunity to know people individually, supporting their recovery and wellbeing, providing physical and emotional care, whilst assisting them to remain as independent as possible within their own homes ensuring that reablement outcomes are met in accordance with their person centred, strength based reablement plan.

No experience or qualifications are needed to get started. We will help and support you with fully paid training and development – we are looking for the right people, with the right qualities.
