An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to work at a beautiful large service in a town close to Brackley. The service is set in an idyllic, peaceful location; it boasts a fresh and warm welcoming feel with all a variety of modern facilities and a lovely garden area.

My client is seeking a strong, experienced individual with drive and commitment who is seeking an exciting new challenge. You will be a strong and experienced nurse with drive and commitment and will be dedicated to the care of your patients. You will be responsible for annual leave management, and sickness management.

As the successful candidate you will have the following skills and experience:

• RMN or RGN
• Good time management skills, ability to prioritise and organise is essential.
• Good IT skills especially the Microsoft Office Suite
• Roles and responsibilities for the Deputy Manager
• Taking responsibility for the well-being of the residents, including making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Leading, motivating, and mentoring to your team and delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient running of the care home.
• Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans for each of the residents.
• Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
