Requirements
- Gold/Black CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS
- One working reference
- Right to Work in the UK
- Experience working as a Structures Foreman including falsework and rebar

About The Role
This position will ensure the delivery of the section safely, within budget and non-conformance free. You will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising the works, managing and mentoring a team that will supervise the work of all site operatives. You will lead by example, managing a team of Foremen / Supervisors across a section / discipline of Work, providing mentoring, experience sharing and direction to the team. You will implement the policies and procedures together with the legal regulations/requirements paying specific attention to the SHEQ legislation. You will also carry out and record site inspections. You will ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements, including giving inductions and effective toolbox talks, daily task briefings and point of work assessments to Site Operatives. You will also ensure all site personnel have job relevant training
requirements which is recorded and monitored on a regular basis. You will order and manage hired/internal equipment daily and co-ordinate delivery /pick up of materials as required. You will also proactively drive progress of the works, challenging methods to maximise progress and minimise costs. You will schedule, co-ordinate and supervise the daily activities of Site Operatives and ensure the production of daily documents daily work production with the use for example site diaries, allocation sheets and requisitions.
