Become a Support Worker
What matters to the people we support matters to us. It’s their life, their way.
We are looking for someone to join our teams supporting 2 gentleman who live in their own homes in Folkestone and Eythorne, Kent.
You will be working in their homes, so it’s important you can connect and share interests. They enjoy going out for coffee, long walks, spending time in their garden and watching James Bond films!
So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
This is a full-time role and you will across both locations, so you must be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
You should be available to work shifts across the week and some weekends, including some waking nights as needed.
Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence
Why Join Us?
What will we do?
We will train you in everything you need to be a great Support Worker. We will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS, and we have a mentorship scheme in place to provide support and guide you on your journey with us.

Fully funded health cash plans giving you access to a 24 hour GP, money back on prescriptions, dental treatment, opticians and access to many more health benefits.
We offer Wagestream - a money management app that gives you access to a percentage of your pay as you earn it, access to coaching, vouchers, discounts, cashback and more.
What will you do?
Supporting people is really important but it’s not all enjoying long walks and coffee shops. We also support people to take medication, assist with personal care, make healthy lifestyle choices and maintain their home in a way that they feel safe, well and happy.
