Robot Operator - Night Shift.
Would you like to work with the latest advanced robotics in agriculture?
Be right at the leading edge of robotic innovation in soft fruit?
If you can answer yes to these questions, then this could be the role for you.
What’s involved?
Working alongside the remote operations team you will be responsible for delivering on site robotic UV treatment on soft fruit farms, closely monitoring the robot’s performance, and troubleshooting basic issues on ground operational activities. No experience? don’t worry full training will be given.
Requirements.
Firstly a “can do” attitude is key.
Good written and verbal communication.
A problem-solving mind.
Ability to work as team member and alone if required.
The right to work in the UK.
Exemplarily time management.
Strict adherence to the company’s health and safety policies.
Commitment to the training required by the company.
A willingness to work in all weather conditions.
In addition to the above the below would be beneficial however not essential
An interest or experience in robotics, technology, or agriculture.
If you are successful, you will require your own accommodation and transport. The farm is in the Wargrave area, and you will be primarily work here however flexibility maybe required.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
