The successful candidate will also be responsible for corresponding with customers via email, handling phone inquiries, and providing quotes for services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform PC and laptop repairs, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Manage repair jobs efficiently, ensuring timely completion and quality service.
- Coordinate with customers via email to provide job updates, request further information, and address inquiries.
- Handle phone calls professionally, providing assistance and answering technical questions.
- Utilize a mobile app for delivery tracking and communication during delivery routes.
- Conduct timely and accurate collections and returns of customer devices, adhering to schedules and deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and workshop.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in computer repair and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using email for customer correspondence and updates.
- Ability to handle phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
