If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Simulation Clinical Educator at North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust.
As a Simulation Clinical Educator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals through innovative simulation-based training programs. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver simulation scenarios that reflect real-world healthcare challenges, ensuring participants gain valuable hands-on experience in a safe learning environment.
The Simulation Clinical Educator is responsible for the planning and delivery of simulation education, as appropriate to the staff of North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust.
To co-ordinate the use with the maintenance of all simulation training equipment within the Trust.
To act as a professional resource for all members of the hospital team.
To act as key resource for simulation training
To maintain high standards of delivery of simulation training through audit and to have the ability to act upon any issues identified.
