Summary

** This role includes a mandatory 4 week training period**
This role will involve:
Assisting customers with enquiries relating to:
New members,
Troubleshooting,
Order tracking
Promotion queries.
Demonstrate active listening and communication skills to solve customer concerns for Customer Satisfaction, ultimately avoiding escalation.
Be genuinely interested in providing the customer with an exceptional customer service experience.
Hours available:
Monday to Friday 8am until 6pm, Saturdays 9am to 4pm
You must work a minimum of 20 hours per week including 4 hours between Saturday to Monday
This role is ideal if you are only looking for part-time hours
Incentives available during busy periods
Role is self-employed and you will need your own equipment.
A clear DBS check is needed
You will need to prove your Right to Work in the UK on a Self Employed Basis
