Summary

About The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service advisor to join our team in Newcastle!
Within the customer service advisor role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, colleagues & energy supplier employees, providing support to resolve issues, requests and any other queries they may have.
We look to provide the best possible service to our customers via both inbound and outbound telephone calls.
This role reports to the Customer Service Team Leader.

What you’ll be doing:

- Provide fantastic service to anyone you speak to
- Ensure adherence to internal and contractual quality standards
- Ensure all calls are answered and handled within internal and contractual SLAs
- Ensure all expressions of dissatisfaction are handled at first point of contact where able, or escalated immediately to enable prompt resolution
- Maintain open and transparent communication within the team

What we need from you:

- Previous Inbound and outbound call experience
- Demonstrable customer facing role experience
- A great attitude and desire to help our customers
- Able to react to company needs
- Excellent verbal, listening and communication skills
- Well organised and able to prioritise
- An aptitude for investigating and problem solving
