Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9am-5pm (office based)
Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-3pm (remote)

Ideal Recruit are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor for our thriving e-commerce client within the beauty sector based in Bootle, Liverpool. You will work in a fully supported environment where you can demonstrate your commitment to providing outstanding customer support through your skills and personality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing first class customer service emails and phone calls.
• Ensuring all communication via email and social channels are handled professionally
and promptly.
• Recording details of customer comments on the database provided, leaving clear notes.
• Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered.
• Building rapport with customers and providing exceptional service.
• Achieving the key targets set.
• Adhering to quality standards and ensure consistency in all interactions.
• Weekly Reporting.
Requirements:
• Objection handling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great rapport building.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel).
• At least 2 years’ experience in customer service - Preferably on digital platforms.
