Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Management Manager for a London-based Company. They are presently in search of a dedicated and proactive Property Management Manager to supervise the operations of their residential Community.

Job Requirements:

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience overseeing residential properties in the UK.
A thorough understanding of UK landlord-tenant laws and property regulations is essential.
Applicants should demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a mandatory requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

Direct and synchronize all property operations to guarantee seamless and effective functioning.
Supervise maintenance, repairs, and renovations to maintain tenant satisfaction and comply with UK safety regulations.
Cultivate constructive relationships with residents, promptly and professionally addressing any concerns.
Establish and enforce property policies, lease agreements, and community regulations in alignment with UK housing laws.
Create and oversee the property budget, ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
Track rent collection and outstanding payments, collaborating with the accounting team for precise financial reporting.
Create and execute leasing strategies that are in line with current UK market trends. Conduct property tours, screen prospective tenants, and manage the leasing procedure by UK regulations.
Choose and supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers to guarantee top-notch and cost-efficient services.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, overseeing vendor performance while complying with UK laws.
Stay updated on local, regional, and national regulations pertinent to property management in the UK.
Implement safety and security protocols to safeguard residents and property
