As a Litigation Solicitor, you will be dealing with a wide range of controversial issues, which include commercial, civil, and property litigation.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in Mandarin, both spoken and written, is highly desirable.
Substantial experience in managing litigation cases is essential, with a professional experience of 5 years post-qualification.
Demonstrated capability to thrive in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
A track record of effectively leading and cultivating a team, coupled with keen attention to detail and strong personal organizational skills, is required.
Job Responsibilities:
Establish, promote, and grow the Litigation division.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Litigation department to ensure the delivery of high-quality service, compliance with practice standards, resolution of any compliance issues, and achievement of set targets.
Frequently communicate updates and conduct internal training for the Litigation department.
Identify and explore new avenues for generating revenue.
Optimize and improve the department's processes for efficiency.
Stay informed about the latest pertinent legislation and policy updates.
Regularly review the files of all colleagues within the Litigation.
