We are looking for a Product leader to join our fast-paced, expanding team at CHTM, our manufacturing facility based in Oldbury, Birmingham.
What will the role look like?
- Leading bids of new product types, as the single point of contact with new and existing clients across all sectors.
- Liaising with wider work winning team to ensure key gateways are met with relevant information, prior to moving into formal bids.
- Collaborating with wider DfMA and design engineers to ensure all design parameters are met to our exacting standard through and post tendor stage.
- Management of product sets to handover to exsisting build team with all relevant information and packages considered and designed.
- Working through client led variations as and when the need arises.
- Ongoing improvement of any confirmed products to ensure value engineering and product improvements meet with new order opportunity.
What skills & experience are we looking for?
- Experience of leading bids and collaborating with design teams to develop products from client specifications.
- DfMA/MMC experience in MEP sector.
- Confident liaising with client teams and being client facing.
- Mechanical and/or electrical engineering experience.
- Package management skills.
