Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm
We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly, Servery/Kitchen Assistant to join our outstanding kitchen team. Working alongside other Servery/Kitchen Assistants, you will carry out a variety of manual tasks associated with food service in the servery and kitchen, and associated cleaning duties of workspace.
- Prepare pre-ordered baguettes and salads
- Prepare the servery and serve breakfast and lunch
- Clean down food service and associated areas
Ideally you will have some previous experience and basic knowledge of food preparation and be able to work without direct supervision. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are required along with a can-do, professional approach to work.
The appointment, which is pensionable, will be made on the College salary scale, Grade 2 - £24,586 pa (£11.82 per hour), plus generous staff benefits.
