Summary


We are welcoming applicants for the role of Organisational Development Lead within our small and friendly Culture, Engagement and Organisational Development team.

This role is to cover a secondment for up to 12 months.

The post holder will be responsible for developing and delivering OD programmes to support the Trust’s Vision and Strategic Plan. Working directly with our Clinical Care Groups and Corporate teams to improve the culture and leadership across the Trust.

We are looking to recruit a colleague who is approachable, kind and competent in the role of OD Lead, the duties of which include:

Working on Culture and Change Programmes at a Trust, Team and individual level, supporting Leaders throughout the Trust to lead in line with Trust Values and in line with the NHS People Promise
To work as an effective team member, initiating and supporting programs of Organisational Development work
Understanding the NHS Agenda and how OD supports transformation at a Trust and System level
To provide coaching to NHS colleagues at all levels
To build good, collaborative relationships with Leaders across the Trust and with external Partners

Designs, delivers and evaluates long and shorter term programs to support leadership capabilities to improve the culture throughout the Trust
Supports the promotion of the NHS Staff Survey and Quarterly Staff Pulse Survey throughout the Trust, analyses the results to make informed decisions about areas that need support
Engages with a variety of staff groups at all levels of the organisation both face to face and on MS Teams. Using a range of digital tools to support engagement.
Designs and delivers team building and engagement events
Delivers 1-1 coaching
