Summary

Project Officer

22.5 hours per week

£35,703 per annum (pro-rata for part time)

We are looking for a Project Officer (Part Time) to support the delivery of our ambitious efficiency programme and to assist with the roll out initiatives to improve culture and performance.



We are looking for a motivated and organised individual who is ambitious and shares our values of ‘doing good’ for our customers, communities and our workforce. The ideal candidate would have experience at delivering change and should be comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders throughout the organisation.



Reporting to the Organisational Development & Change Advisor you will proactively work across the business to influence culture and help deliver meaningful change.



Essential Criteria

Experience or working within a project team
Experience of engaging with a variety of stakeholders
Excellent organisation and administrative skills
Experience of producing and maintaining reports and project documentation
A willingness to use their skills to help support the organisation across a variety of activities


Desirable Criteria

PRINCE2 Foundation and/or Practitioner
Experience at working on the digitalisation of paper based processes
