Summary
Job Overview
To work in a high-pressure production environment maintaining a fleet of fork lift trucks. You will be supported by other members in a small team working to provide a high level of service. The job is based on shift rotations Monday to Friday.
Main Duties
The main duties are routine servicing and repairs of diesel, electric and gas forklift trucks via a PPM process. Responding to breakdown and troubleshoot promptly & efficiently to minimize downtime is also required. Providing excellent communication and liaising with the customer daily is a must.
What we are looking for
-We are looking for someone who has electrical skills, as most of the fleet are electric forklift trucks. They need to have a strong fault-finding diagnostic skill in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, and to provide effective solutions.
-Excellent communication and Customer facing skills are a must and having current FLT Licence/training would be advantageous.
-The applicant should be able to work on own initiative and as part of a small team, ensure efficient workflow & documentation.
