Summary


We have a fabulous opportunity for a person experienced in developing people, teams, services and organisations.

We are able to offer a 1-year opportunity to work in the Organisation Development Team, whose purpose is to support the development of leadership and culture, in a large NHS provider organisation, with exciting developments ahead.

Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivated and have experience of working in the organisation development function in a large complex and dynamic organisation. They will offer excellent communication, facilitation, teamwork and leadership skills, as well critical thinking and project management skills.

The OD team deliver a diverse range of leadership and culture interventions in partnership with internal clients and external partners. The role is within the OD service which has objectives to support the delivery of the Trust People strategy including leadership and management development strategy development and implementation, and Culture development strategies and their implementation. To achieve the service objectives, the following are involved:
1. Delivering a professional and specialist OD and leadership development consultancy service to meet organisational needs; to include the selection and application of a variety of OD and change management methodologies and approaches to address the complexities of the situations presented.
2. Implementing strategic OD projects and initiatives to embed Trust values and behaviours and the cultural change required to support the delivery of the Trust strategy and the People Strategy, including the People promise
3. Coordinating the delivery of Leadership development programmes in collaboration with internal trust colleagues, external trainers, and higher education partners, and manage the communications with and support the learning journey for the Leadership programme participants.
4. Supporting the OD team’s communications, marketing and digital transformation to promote and support the delivery of virtual development programmes.
