Summary
We are now recruiting to our Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team at East Sussex NHS Healthcare Trust.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Physiotherapist keen to develop their skills up to 9 months on a fixed term/secondment.
To provide a holistic assessment to clients with diverse or complex presentations, working within the community as part of an inter-professional team. To provide specific physiotherapy intervention as required. To key work individual cases as appropriate. To provide physiotherapy advice to other colleagues within the team. To participate as a member of the team. To manage a clinical caseload. To support service improvement and delivery within the team. To participate in health promotion and education of staff, clients and families. To undertake regular continual professional development activities. This role will require weekend and Bank Holiday working on a rota basis.
