We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Stock Controller to join our great night shift team.




We are currently recruiting for a Stock Controller to join our Warehouse team at our Tottle Bakery site in Nottingham.



Night Shift : 6pm - 6am

* Your shift pattern will be Wednesday to Saturday alternating to Thursday to Saturday every other week averaging 36.75 hours
paid per week.
* (one week is 4 day week, next week is 3 day week), weekly salary of £550 - £600




The role of the stock controller is to manage and be accountable for the movement of stock from wrapping into the despatch area
and then onto External / Internal storage working closely with the Shift Supervisor / Recon Team, Wrapping Manager and Transport
Coordinator.




The key requirements of the role are;




Management and accurate booking in of all incoming goods into the Despatch Area from Wrapping.




* Responsible for completing basic operational approved logistics processing on schedule – Preparation of Product for Departure
to external storage.
* Utilising in-house computer systems for all aspects of inventory control – Lawson / Excel.
* Maintaining and updating inventory records – ability to work with others to problem solve and discover / correct discrepancies.
* Attend the Daily Variance meeting and actively contribute.
* Ensuring correct Stock rotation of incoming stock from internal customers.
* Raising PI Sheets if missing for booking in / escalating if they cannot be created.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.




Flexibility will be required to support colleagues on other shifts, during periods of absence, as and when required.
