Role Requirements
• Experience in a busy, fast paced environment.
• Able to work confidently and calmly under pressure.
• Previous administration/ customer service experience
• A high level of oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
Role Responsibilities
• Action inbound enquiries
• Make outbound calls to current and potential customers
• Ensure customer queries are responded to daily via phone or email
• Manage customer orders, using our internal CRM system
• Raise invoices using Sage
• Always ensuring a proactive approach to meet customers’ expectations
• Ensure the best customer journey is offered with a professional attitude
• Maintain a good working relationship with all customers
• Dispatch of orders.
• Assist at trade exhibitions, conferences and courses to promote the company’s products and services
