35-37 Monday – Friday, normal working hours
This opening assignment is for 12 months
City: DARLINGTON
General site labourer on new build housing site. Tasks including but not limited to: Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of materials on site, loading out materials into properties, clearing of work areas, any other tasks of a similar nature assigned to the post.

Qualifications:
Must hold a minimum of CSCS, Asbestos Awareness, WAH, Manual Handling
Experience:
Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
Skills & Abilities:
Able to work on own initiative.
Ability to undertake manual handling duties.
Ability to interpret and action work instructions.
