Summary

Location: London (Offices in Farringdon and Clapham Park)

Type: Permanent / 37.5 hours per week

Salary Range: £28,500 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

MTVH, one of the UK's largest housing associations, developer of affordable homes and regeneration & placemaking experts are seeking a Regeneration Officer to join our Development Team.

The Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work and learn from a team of experienced development professionals to support in the review and delivery of mixed tenure development projects, ranging from complex infill sites to large-scale estate renewal, from design through to completion, working closely with design teams, builders and importantly our residents, taking on increasing responsibilities and duties as your skills and experience grow.

Past experience is not a prerequisite for this role, what is essential is your desire and motivation to learn, develop and contribute to a high-performing team and meet personal development targets.

In return, MTVH will support your education and professional development which will be achieved through the completion of a Level 5 or Level 6 course in a relevant built environment pathway, for example, planning, construction project management or quantity surveying.

Upon the successful completion of your learning pathway and meeting performance targets in your job, MTVH will support your attainment of a professional accreditation (RICS, CIOB etc).

To succeed in this exciting and unique role you will need;

• A keen eye for detail, organised and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Resourceful, inquisitive and determined to contribute

• Great communication skills and working as part of a team

• Commercial awareness with good budget management skills

• A good problem solver and ability to think analytically

• A passion for the built environment

• Committed to your own personal growth and willingness to complete studies in your own time, in addition to the 1 day per week study time allowed
