Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Monitor, assess, and care for patients before, during and after endoscopy procedures.
- Manage endoscopic equipment, including endoscopes, biopsy forceps, and needles.
- Implement, and monitor appropriate standards, policies, and procedures.
- Perform duties according to local hospital policies, procedures, and standards; ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare administrative reports and documents, and perform other job-related duties as required.
Qualifications/Licenses/Certifications
Essential
- Be a Registered Nurse/ODP
- At least 1 year experience within an Endoscopy setting
- JAG Accreditation preferred but not essential
