Summary

Role title: Office Administrator

Salary: £23,542 per annum / £12.04 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm (37.5 hours)

Location: BCA Corby (Baird Road)

We’re looking for down-to-earth go-getters, who are ready to make their mark on the automotive industry. Our Site Operations teams play a vital role across our business. Here you can build on your knowledge and find your specialty at one of our sites or on the road – the opportunities are endless. Your key responsibilities will be:


Undertaking all aspects of administration, including document data entry, filing and running reports
Monitor the progress of repairs and chase progress as needed
Maintain proactive communication with customers
Effectively prioritise workload
Actioning any issues, queries or complaints arising so that any problems are resolved, in a timely fashion and to all parties’ satisfaction
Escalating any complex issues to the relevant Technical Manager
Taking on other responsibilities outside of normal role as required


To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:


Previous administrative experience (essential)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)
Attention to detail
Action and customer focused
