Hours: Monday to Friday 7am-4pm (occasional Saturdays when required)

Location: Geddington Road B (or other Corby locations when required)

You will be joining a team that provides support to ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations within the Fleet Solutions Division. An ideal candidate for this role will have great administrative and data entry skills, a flexible approach and lots enthusiasm. Within this role, you will be reporting directly to the Administration Supervisor.

Your key responsibilities will be:


General office duties such as completing data, uploading files to the internal systems, filling paperwork, responding to telephone and email queries, Scanning and booking out vehicles
Creating and maintaining records of incoming vehicles and liaising with the site on any vehicles that have been rejected
Managing movement schedule and vehicle tracker
Dealing with any customer returns for repairs ensuring a quick turnaround
Other ad-hoc administrative duties will be included
Production and/or use of daily reports to track and progress days on-site and days in status KPI’s.
Obtain relevant information including estimated completion dates, booking dates, parts back-order ETA’s etc. for all vehicles.
Respond promptly to internal and external customer enquiries relating to progression of vehicles.
Liaise with despatch teams to ensure vehicles are presented for collection on-time
Various working schedules between 06:00 – 18:00. Shifts may vary and there may be a requirement to work additional hours/weekends


To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:


Previous administrative experience (essential)
Computer literate with experience in using Excel (essential)
Strong communicative skills – speaking, reading and writing (essential)
Excellent numerical and literacy skills
Common sense skills
