Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Stafford, near the M6 at Acton Gate
Position Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (with flexibility required as per business needs)
Salary: £25,000 to £26,000 per annum
Are you a self-motivated individual with a knack for coordination and a passion for recruitment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at a warehouse facility located in Stafford, near the M6 at Acton Gate.
Responsibilities of Recruitment Coordinator:
- Ensure all staff are present on-site during scheduled shifts
- Handle holiday and pay queries efficiently and accurately
- Play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to conducting interviews and completing registrations
- Verify right to work documentation for new hires
- Generate daily hours reports and maintain management information (MI) spreadsheets
- Utilise Google Workspace for various administrative tasks
- Collaborate effectively with a team based in our Walsall branch, while being comfortable working independently on-site
Requirements of Recruitment Coordinator:
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace and other relevant software
- Ability to work autonomously, with the support of an offsite team
