Asbestos Removal Operative.
Up to £15.00 an hour PAYE depending on experience.
1.5 hourly overtime rate.
Oxfordshire.
DKF are on the lookout for Asbestos Removal Operatives to join one of our clients operating throughout Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties. Established over 30 years ago they have worked across a variety of sectors including the MOD, local authorities, social housing and multi-national companies.
The work is predominantly on non-licensed social housing sites but there will also be the opportunity to work on other licensed projects. Their work is located all over Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas so a Full UK Driving Licence is a must.
Based on a 40-hour contract, the standard working hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm however some evening and weekend work will be required as and when, so flexibility in relation to working hours is needed.
What your core responsibilities would be:
• Building bespoke containment enclosures.
• Safely removing and disposing of asbestos.
• Wearing specialist protective equipment.
• Completing relevant documents and records.
To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:
• Hold a valid Full UK driving licence.
• Have recent experience in asbestos removal.
• Have all asbestos certificates currently in date and CSCS.
