The Royal Bath Hotel & Spa has built a strong reputation in the South of England over the years for presenting excellent conferences and corporate events. Our large banqueting facilities boast 5 conference rooms catering for between 10 to 400 delegates.

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Wedding & Events Coordinator who will:
• Working with the marketing and public relations departments to prepare budgets, setting deadlines, creating concepts, and identifying the objectives of the event.
• Implementing budget, invoicing, and logistics
• Selecting and negotiating with vendors and monitoring their activities to ensure quality control.
• Managing the promotions, communications, and branding aspects of the event
• Supervising Caterers, Junior Event Coordinators, and security teams
• Resolving problems and guest inquiries before and during the event
• Approving all activities for the event
• Preparing reports and making a presentation to management after the event

The successful candidate will have knowledge of all aspects of wedding and event coordinating and hotel operations. The candidate will have excellent communication skills whether face to face or by telephone. This role is available on a full-time and part-time basis.
