We want to provide the best recruitment service for our customers and you will play a key role in delivering this. We want you to develop new ways of working, implement change, have challenging conversations and help us exceed expectations.

The core work streams for this role include; providing recruitment advice, having a knowledge of ongoing recruitment, helping plan future recruitment, promoting vacancies through a number of platforms and providing timely reports and data management.

The position would suit a motivated and organised individual with good communication skills, who would enjoy the challenge of a demanding, but rewarding work environment. The successful applicant will need to be an excellent team player with a committed and professional approach.

You will ensure we maintain and enhance inclusive and fair recruitment processes improving the experience of both candidates and managers.
