Job Description: As the Bar and Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our establishment's operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and drive excellence in every facet of our bar and restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the bar and restaurant team to achieve business objectives and exceed guest expectations.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance.
• Foster a positive work environment by coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to maximize their potential and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance profitability, and expand our customer base.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to support operational efficiency and quality standards.
• Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• Extensive knowledge of bar and restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and customer service.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
