The difference you will make as a Sales & New Business Administrator

As the Sales and New Business Administrator, you will perform a variety of administration tasks in relation to new sales, on behalf of Riverside Home Ownership to provide a high-quality customer focused service. You will respond to queries from customers and stakeholders whilst promoting RHO sales activities.

Role Profile

  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks for a variety of sales activities, in accordance with Riverside’s policies and procedures.

  • Ensure that high quality customer focused service is provided at all times.

  • Respond to queries from customers and stakeholders throughout the sales process, whilst promoting a culture of ‘customer care’ and continuous improvement.

  • Update and record information on the sales database on ongoing and completed cases.
    Assess application forms in accordance with Homes England guidelines.

  • Collate, prepare and check documents and other information including recording data for management reports.

  • Proactively monitor office systems, policies and procedures, to achieve value for money and improved performance for service users.

  • Monitor the internal CRM queue to prevent divisional breaches and meet KPI’s.
    Update and maintain information on the RHO website, Help to buy, Right Move and other property portals.

  • Assist Sales Negotiators with viewings, as and when required.

  • Take payments and complete reservations for customers, including coding all payments to the relevant scheme / accounts, and processing refunds.

  • Liaise with finance, income management, housing management and property services when required, in relation to specific areas of service delivery

Person specification

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential

· 5 GCSE’s Grade C or above or equivalent NVQ

· IT skills including MS Office

· Customer focused with excellent communication skills – written and verbal

· Ability to build good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

· Excellent attention to detail

· Results focused with the ability to take ownership of tasks

· Excellent team player with the ability to work unsupervised

Desirable

· Experience of working in a busy customer facing office with responsibility for administration tasks

· Property sales experience

· Social housing experience

· Leasehold management experience
