We are currently looking for a Branch Leader to join our team to play an integral role in delivering an exceptional service to our customers and maintaining our position as one of the UK’s largest building societies.

Main Responsibilities

What you will do for our customers:

The Branch Leader will lead a team of customer facing colleagues, promoting high standards of customer service, making sure that they deliver an exceptional experience to all customers. We are looking for an individual who can really inspire a team, engaging them and creating a real culture of high performance.

Taking ownership of the branch contribution plan, you will focus on commercial growth as well as looking after our existing customers. You will ensure that your team confidently promote our products and services during their conversations with customers through observations, one to ones, and clear objectives that link to the branch plan.

This is a key role that calls for exceptional people skills and proven leadership experience, and in return we will provide you with the development opportunities you need to make a real difference to your team and our customers.
