We have an exciting opportunity for you!




As our Volunteer Coordinator, you'll recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers within our Family Link Worker Service in Dorset.
Working closely with our Project Manager and Service Managers, you'll ensure a dedicated team meets our targets and delivers
exceptional support.




What You'll Do:

* Manage the volunteers by providing support and supervision and matching the volunteer skills to the needs of the families to
sustain positive change.
* Receive and process referrals, ensuring adherence to procedures.
* Review support to achieve desired outcomes.




Ideally You'll have experience in:

* Supervising and appraising staff or volunteers.
* Setting targets and monitor performance.
* Building strong relationships with others.
* Microsoft Word, Excel and IT systems.
* Being adaptable and resilient in challenging situations.
* Data collection and report writing.

Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Fixed Term Contract ending 30th April 2025

Location: Dorset

Pay: £24,725 per year

^Annual Leave entitlement will be pro-rata for Part-time staff. Working on public holidays due to a rota pattern will be
compensated with time off in lieu. An extra day of leave accrues for each completed financial year (capped at 5). Purchasing
additional holidays is capped at 5 per year.




^^Contracted staff only. Business mileage (45p a mile) is paid for any daily miles over and above the distance from your home to
the allocated workplace location and back. You'll need a well-maintained vehicle with valid tax, MOT and Insurance covering
business use.
