Job Description:
As a Nursing Assistant at NewGenCareGroup Ltd, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and comfortably in their own homes or within our care facilities. You will be responsible for delivering person-centered care and assistance while promoting dignity, respect, and maintaining a high standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Assist clients with mobility and transfers.
Administer medication as per the care plan (if qualified).
Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are followed.
Engage in companionship and social interaction to promote emotional well-being.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry.
Document care provided accurately and maintain clear and organized records.
Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition or needs to the appropriate supervisor.
Promote independence and encourage clients to engage in activities that enhance their quality of life.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
Attend training sessions and meetings as required for professional development.
Provide support and guidance to clients' family members as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications preferred).
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is advantageous.
Empathetic, compassionate, and patient with a genuine desire to make a difference in clients' lives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Willingness to undergo background checks and reference checks.
A valid driver's license (if required for the role).
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
