Summary


We are looking for motivated and experienced Incident and Complaint Coordinator to join the Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS) at Barts Health.

The postholder will provide efficient and effective professional administration and coordination to ensure robust systems are in place for the delivery of a high-quality patient incidents and complaints investigations and responses. The role involves a high level of effective and compassionate communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, to work with those affected by patient incidents. He/She will act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance and reassurance throughout the Trust’s incident and complaints process. They will work to offer a timely resolution that is patient focused and foster a culture of evidenced learning and continuous improvement.
