Summary
As a Marketing Assistant Apprentice at our Care Agency, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and connecting with potential clients who can benefit from our services. Responsibilities:
Market Research:
● Conduct research on the local healthcare market, identifying potential client demographics, needs, and preferences.
● Analyse competitor strategies and market trends to inform our marketing approach.
Client Persona Development:
● Collaborate with the team to create detailed client personas, understanding the specific challenges and requirements of our target audience.
● Tailor marketing messages and strategies to resonate with these personas.
Digital Marketing:
● Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, online advertising, and email marketing.
● Monitor the performance of digital campaigns and optimise strategies to increase client acquisition.
Content Creation:
● Develop persuasive and informative content for the agency's website, blog, and social media platforms to showcase our services and expertise.
● Create engaging visuals and materials that highlight the agency's commitment to quality care.
Networking and Partnerships:
● Identify opportunities for partnerships with local businesses, healthcare providers, and community organisations.
● Attend networking events to promote the agency and build relationships with potential clients and referral sources.
Client Testimonials and Success Stories:
● Collect and showcase client testimonials and success stories to build trust and credibility.
● Utilise positive feedback to strengthen the agency's online and offline presence.
Lead Generation:
● Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
● Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead to client acquisition.
Analytics and Reporting:
● Utilise analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
● Use data insights to refine and enhance marketing strategies.
Working week: 37 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 9-5pm.
Apprenticeship standards: Content Creator Level 3.
