Forest House School are now looking for an experienced, highly efficient and organised Senior Administrator to join our dedicated team. The role involves:

  • Answering phone calls, greeting visitors, arranging meetings and general administrative duties such as typing, filing and liaising with colleagues.
  • You must have excellent communication skills, have a good working knowledge of IT packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, be proactive, professional and ready to smile - even when the going gets tough!
  • You will be able to quickly adapt to company systems, have a good level of English and Maths, along with the ability to multitask. It is not essential you have experience working within a school environment, but solid administrative experience is a must.

Communication - Communicating with our young people is vital to understand their needs. Positive working relationships, teamwork and communication play a key part in ensuring important information is relayed to other staff.

Organisation -You will need to be confident and organised in general office duties, minute taking and handling student records.

Attentive - No two tasks are the same, so being attentive to greet all visitors, answering telephone calls, booking in appointments, as well as scheduling reviews with other professions.
