The Role
Title: Commercial Property Assistant
Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Persona: Agile, Office based 20-40%
Reporting Location: West Ham Lane, Stratford, London
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £27,372 - £30,196 per annum depending on experience

The role of the Commercial Property Assistant is part of our Development Growth Division and sits within the New Business Team, reporting into the Senior Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting the Commercial Property team in the delivery of services to our commercial property portfolio.
You will work closely with colleagues across our Group and will need to be versatile and adaptable with a willingness to work as a part of a team.
We are looking for these essential criteria:
· Significant experience providing a comprehensive level of administrative support;
· Excellent communication, written and organisation skills;
· Team-oriented with the ability to work on own initiative;
· Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
· A high level of IT skills is required, good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel spreadsheet formatting, and the capability to produce high-quality Power Point presentations;
· Experience managing commercial tenants and dealing with commercial repairs desirable.
