This role will have Strategic and operational management for the: Leadership and management of Transformation Programme including the Project Management Office including associated staff and budget. Leadership and management of Business Intelligence and Performance teams to ensure data is known, understood, meets the needs of the service and has the associated intelligence assessment to make data driven transformation. NHFT Lead on Population Health utilising NHFT data and relationships within the System to aid planning to combat Northamptonshires population health inequalities?? NHFT Lead, utilising knowledge from above, in the transformation of NHFTs pathways to meet the needs of our population recognising and striving to reduce health inequalities whilst focusing on Core20PLUS5 health outcomes. Providing an interface between Performance, Operations and Clinical Systems in developing a robust operational / performance management framework at all levels across the Trust. Seek out opportunities and subsequently support operational teams to review services in line with best practice and benchmarking data, to ensure these remain high quality, efficient and productive. Delivery of service improvement. Leading the interface between NHFT Programme Management Office and DTS Project Office to support the effective development, scheduling and delivery of programmes and projects across the Trust and within the system where there is a DTS requirement. Participate in the Trusts Director on Call rota. The role requires an individual who is driven, ambitious and passionate about patient care, and who has a desire to influence at the highest levels working in close partnership; build confidence across the organisation as well as with external partners.
