The Patient Care Associate plays a pivotal role in guiding patients throughout their journey, from the initial consultation to final outcome.
They are committed to delivering consistent, top-tier service by efficiently overseeing patient flow, ensuring exemplary patient care, and effectively managing the entire patient experience.
The team serves as a crucial touchpoint for our patients, upholding the clinic's reputation for providing exceptional patient service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide patients through both pre and post-treatment phases, collaborating with clinical teams as needed for expert advice.
- Maintain a compassionate and professional approach, ensuring patients always feel at ease and supported throughout their treatment journey.
- Handle patient inquiries across various communication platforms, and respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee and support patients through each stage of their treatment cycle using our patient record management system, ensuring all required tasks are executed promptly.
Salary: £25,000
Location: Cheadle - Office Based
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
