- This role involves doing functional assessments for people who are claiming PIP (Personal independent payment)
- You must be an RGN, RMN, RLDN, Paramedic, Physio’s, OT’s and Doctors; hold an NMC/HCPC/GMC registration and have at least one year’s experience in your position.
- Do you still want to use your clinical skills of helping people but want a fresh challenge? Then this is the perfect opportunityfor you.
- To ensure you transition and build a strong foundation you will be placed on a 5-week training course.

Duties and responsibilities
- You will be doing assessments with people who are claiming the PIP benefit and providing a report to the DWP.
- Use IT programmes to help support clinical decision making with file work and examinations.
- You will work with an MDT building good relationships with both clinical colleagues and administrative staff.
- Gather all necessary clinical information and medical evidence related to the case.
- Ensuring that professional standards and best practices are maintained across all areas of work.
