What you'll do

As an Agency Relationship Manager, you'll work in a team where you’ll be integral in delivering end-to-end proactive customer centric Agency service. You'll support our originating partners' most complex customers with the broadest range of needs, working collaboratively with borrowers and lenders in relation to all commercial, legal and technical issues which arise under the syndicates facilities within your portfolio.

As well as this, you’ll be:

  • Owning and managing a portfolio of syndicated customers, supporting the origination of new to Agency customers, including pitching to new customers and pricing of transactions
  • Onboarding new to Agency customers, including legal and documentation of the facility from an Agency perspective, working alongside key stakeholders in structured finance, coverage, portfolio management, middle office and legal counsel
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders in structured finance, coverage and portfolio management to make sure we’re part of the wider NatWest mandate winning deal team from day one

The skills you'll need

We're looking for someone with good commercial and financial acumen, along with great customer management experience. You'll be a team player with a proven track record of supporting others to deliver for our customers and stakeholders. You’ll also have experience of understanding, interpreting and negotiating complex transaction documents.

Ideally, you’ll also bring a commercial understanding of Loan IQ and Debt domain , but this isn’t essential.

On top of this, you'll demonstrate:

  • Experience of supporting high quality, complex transactions and working effectively across business units and functions
  • The ability to manage stakeholders up to executive level, building trust and rapport and leveraging relationships for the benefit of the customers and the business
  • Experience of delivering against tight timescales, making sure all agreed objectives and timescales are met and quality and financial targets are delivered
