27,500 basic (up to 34,000 OTE year one)

40 hours per week / 5 out of 7 days (one weekend day)
Do you have experiences in sales across face to face and telesales? Are you looking to join a growing business at the start of a new very exciting year? The Recruitment Co. are currently recruiting for one of our key clients in Bow, East London, and this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Working towards and achieving sales targets, occupancy targets and
- Working with the leadership team in regards to setting sales goals
- Creating a positive store floor atmosphere
- Working within a team environment and offering support
- Ensuring exceptional customer service
- Handling customer inquiries or
- complaints
- Maintaining a welcoming store environment
- Providing individual customer specific solutions
The Person:
- An enthusiastic and confident individual
- Working towards KPIs
- Experience of converting sales
- Telesales experience (Not just face-to-face experience)
- Passionate for service
- Flexible (shift wise)
- Driver (preferred)
