Crynodeb
We are seeking a salaried GP to join our team (with a potential view to partnership for the right candidate). Start date is flexible as we are willing to wait for the right candidate. Salary is very competitive and number of sessions negotiable, but ideally between 4 - 6 sessions per week. We offer 8 weeks annual leave, 1 week study leave and we will reimburse or pay for your annual medical indemnity. The successful candidate will be team-orientated and committed to the highest standards of care. The post holder will perform the usual duties expected of a salaried GP, whilst managing a caseload and dealing with a wide range of health needs in the primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.In accordance with the Practice timetable, as agreed, the post-holder will make themselves available to undertake a variety of duties, including surgery consultations, telephone and online consultations and queries, visiting patients at home, checking and signing repeat prescriptions and dealing with queries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion. We strongly believe in a good work/life balance and like to make sure our GPs go home at a decent time. To ensure this happens we build in protected administration slots and cap appointments per clinic.
